1) Do you collect a deposit and/or prepayment?
A refundable security deposit is required for first time renters only. This refundable security deposit ranges from $200 for condo’s to $300 for homes. For our pet friendly places, there is a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. The initial payment is 30% down with balance due 30 days prior to arriva;
2) What is the minimum age requirement to rent a unit?
The minimum age is 25
3) How do I receive the keys?
For our units with electronic locks, you will receive an instructional email two weeks prior to your arrival with your personal code that was assigned and can be changed upon your arrival to your own distinct code by you. For units with keys, you will receive a packet with keys, check in/out instructions and parking passes if applicable two weeks prior to your arrival.
4) What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept MasterCard, Personal Checks (30 days in advance), VISA, American Express, and Discover
5) What is our cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, a full or partial refund of rental fees and/or security deposit may be made dependent on Owner/Manager's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. Refunds are at sole the discretion of the Owner/Manager, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation or a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning. Absolutely no refunds granted to cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
6) What happens if there is a hurricane or tropical storm?
No refund will be issued for inclement weather unless the State or local government authorizes (not media coverage) a Voluntary or Mandatory Evacuation order for the immediate area, You may reschedule your stay in the same rental for the same number of nights within one year. There are no refunds if the rescheduled stay is during a less expensive rental season; however, if the rental period is during a more expensive rental season, rental difference will be required.
7) When do I send in my prepayment?
Prepayment of 30% is required upon booking the unit. If paying by check, payments are due within 10 days of booking or the reservation is subject to cancellation.
8) When is the check in/out policy
Check-in is after 3 pm
Check-out is prior to 10 am
9) How do I check out?
We ask that you do a quick light cleanup before you leave. Collect all linens, pillowcases and towels from the beds and bathroom and leave together in the master bedroom. Collect all trash and place in outside containers. Place all used dishes and kitchen items in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle (DO NOT USE LAUNDRY DETERGENT). Remove all perishables and food items from the refrigerator. Turn the thermostat to 78 degrees in summer and 55 degrees in winter. Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors and windows. Please return all keys as soon as deposit. Upon receipt of keys, security deposit will be mailed.
10) Is there internet available at my vacation property?
Yes there is wireless internet available at all units
11) Can I clean my own unit?
No there is a standard required for each cleaning so a cleaning fee is required to ensure consistency
12) What do I need to bring and would will ParadiseVacations4Rent provide?
What we provide: Bed lines, blankets, pillows, dishes, glassware, pots, pans utensils, bath towels based upon occupancy, outdoor furniture, gas or charcoal grills (if allowed), starter set of supplies (dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels).
What to bring: Beach towels and beach chairs, personal items, additional laundry, dish washing detergent, bathroom tissue, toilet paper, paper towers, napkins, additional garbage bags, aluminum foil, plastic rap, zip lock bags, condiments, clothes hangers, coffee filters, sunscreen
13) Are there a maximum number of people allowed in the rental property?
Yes, there is a maximum number required for each unit. Please do not go over this maximum number as the unit cannot accommodate this and extra charges will be incurred. Please speak to a ParadiseVacations4Rent representative if any questions.
14) Are pets allowed?
Pets are only allowed at Navy Cove Harbor. The beach is pet friendly in Ft. Morgan only. There is a $50 nonrefundable pet fee for each pet. A pet or evidence of any pet on premises at any non pet friendly property will cause immediate tenant eviction and forfeiture of entire rental fees. Local kennels are also available for boarding pets should you require this service.
15) Does the units provide washer/dryers?
Yes all units provided by ParadiseVacations4Rent include washers and dryers.
16) Is there TV’s in all bedrooms and living rooms?
Yes all units provided by ParadiseVacations4Rent have TV’s in all bedrooms and living rooms
17) Is there smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed in any unit. Smoking is only allowed outside the units on balconies. Please dispose of all cigarettes butts prior to departure or you will forfeit your security deposit. No tossing of cigarette butts over the balcony
18) Are house parties allowed?
No parties of any kind are allowed in the units unless prior arrangements with management are obtained.
